So I have been taking more wilton classes Yay! Its been a lot of work.
Also I have been making cakes from scratch. So far they have all turned out amazing.
I think I will be looking into to cakes. Like what makes chocolate cake so nummy.
How old is it and its origins. Ans an see what makes it a chocolate cake. Then look ad different recipes and figuring out how to make my own. I don't want to just tweak a good recipe and make it my own. I want my own recipe for cakes.  It will be fun. Alot of work but fun.
